With my background in psychotherapy, certification as a Life Coach, years of training in mindfulness and spiritual practices, I have experience helping clients in all walks of life.

It is my passion to help you discover your authentic nature and inner strengths and live by your values.

For 25 years I have been helping clients learn and grow and find their way through life’s challenges while gaining new perspectives, clarity and wisdom.
